How to use ?

Ground saffron can be used in Persian recipes, like the rice crispy dish known as Tahdig, as well as many polows (layered rice dishes) and stews. 1-Take a pich of Saffron and this should be enough for a dish that serves 4 to 6.
Saffron needs moisture to release its magical flavor.

2-Soak the crushed Saffron in a little warm water for 15 minutes or as long as possible before using it.

3-Add Saffron to your beverages , cakes or to chicken ,fish , rice, shrimp dishes and enjoy the unforgettable
taste and magic aroma.
